Here's something really cool about being part of a system: if someone else does the work, you can still benefit! But someone has to do the work. If your system has even just one alter that is willing to work on this course, your system is good to go!
Your system doesn't struggle with anything at all.
This course was designed for systems that still need help getting some things figured out. Maybe it's how to do their job, teaching all of their alters how to cook a basic meal, or even just going to sleep.
If you and your alters totally have your life together, that's wonderful! This course probably won't help your system much but your system can help others! Please consider emailing us so we can learn your methods and help tons of systems!
All of your headmates are on the same wavelength.
If you and all of your alters are able to share information and skills, that's awesome! We're really happy for you guys! This course probably won't give you much extra help if you and your system are already in harmony. If that's your situation, please check out some of our other courses to help take your system to the next level!

Your system is willing to put in the work.
We've made this course straightforward and to the point but not much is going to happen if no one does the assignments. If your system is ready to jump in and get some results, this is the course for you!
Important!
For your system to really see results with this course, at least half of your system needs to be willing to help out with some of the steps. Until your system has roughly 50% of your alters on board, we suggest that you follow the steps in Meet The Alters to build connections and trust with your headmates.
Your system could use some help getting things figured out.
Is your system a bit disjointed with how they front? Like some alters know how to drive and others do not? Or not everyone remembers how to cook dinner?
If your system has multiple things like that going on at the same time, it can be really hard to know which one to focus on first. This course will help you to know where to start and where to go as your system learns each new skill.
Some (or all) of your alters are not on the same page right now.
Does your system wish that some information was more widespread in the headspace? It can be little things like knowing the body's shower routine to big things like knowing all of the information your body learned in college.
If you and your alters want help teaching information throughout your headspace, this course will help you to do that in the quickest way possible! Ya'll will be on the same page in no time.
